The time taken to resolve a complaint varies based on complexity and the department involved. Simple cases may be resolved in 30-60 days, while complex investigations might take longer. You can track your complaint status using the unique ID provided after submission.
Yes, the portal allows completely anonymous reporting. However, providing contact information might help if investigators need additional details to proceed with your case. Your identity will be protected in either case.
